<![CDATA[This paper aims to explain that the implementation of School Health Unit (UKS/M) policy in pesantren based education institution in Banyuwangi Regency is not ideal with what is stated in the decision of 4 Ministers (SKB 4 Ministers) namely Minister of Health, Minister of Religious Affairs, Minister of Education and Culture, and the Minister of Home Affairs on the development and development of School Health Unit (UKS/M). This research is a descriptive research taken from qualitative data in the form of field observation, interview, and documentation as the material of analysis, so that writer can find important findings. 1) implementation of the School Health Unit (UKS/M) trias in schools under the auspices of pesantren cottages most of them have not been properly implemented; 2) coordination of the 4 elements of the ministry has not been well established; 3) the absence of adequate human resources such as not understanding their duties and obligations, the financial resources of the state budget has not been realized, and equipment resources (facilities required) is not complete even there are schools that do not have at all; 4) the willingness for the implementation of UKS/M from the four elements of the ministry is still in the form of planning; 5) the organizational structure of the UKS/M facilitation team from the 4 ministries has not been established; 6) the implementation of coaching and development of UKS/M is only done by the health department only.]]>

<![CDATA[Reading interest is very important in development of generation and the current issue in Indonesian education. Researchers try to carry out classroom action research that is the application of web comic to increase student’s reading interest in English literature at Ibrahimy University. The purpose of this study is to know through the application of web comic can increase student’s reading interest and reading skills and to know through the application of web comic can improve student’s reading comprehension at Ibrahimy University of Situbondo. The results of this study can be concluded that the use of web comic can increase student’s reading interest and improve student’s reading skills at Ibrahimy University of Situbondo, student’s reading comprehension also progressed from the percentage of student’s reading success from 40.63% to 93.75%.]]>

<![CDATA[The past event is book and history. Both of them are not only scary stories not only for mourned but also for a changing reference. Actulally, this earth is not possible to be transformed quickly, but it can be changed depend on the human’s sprite to determine wheater it is to dezided to be misereble or properity. A conflict between horisontal contardiction and socity should be stop. The human needs peace of life and not disaster. As the result, all of conflick mus be end of, whatever that are elements, such as the conflick between religion and the other one. In addition, a history has already recorded that the distiction of religions have created a lot of problems and victims. It is terrible and irony that the existence of a religion must be a tool and place to peace and safe. However, in this condition is contraray that a religion is being tool to execute each others. Ther are many nation child to be victims and even they are dead without no rasons. This case must be stop. The gate of pluralism is to find Kalimatun Sawa’, a dialuge is to solve relegions problems . In this arena, conflict can be recovered.]]>

<![CDATA[In the implementation of teaching and learning activities, the teacher needs to know the teaching components such as teaching methods because without using methods, teaching and learning activities do not work as expected. Teaching methods as a path to provide opportunities for students in many kinds of lessons, because those are the efforts of the teacher in guiding, directing, or organizing learning in a series of activities that the students learn to accept, understand, respond, possess, master and develop it. Teaching methods are one effective and efficient way that teachers use to convey that subject matter, as well as coaching, direction, learning organizers so that children can experience all kinds of subjects. While there are factors that influence the number of teaching methods are as follows: a) Objectives of various types and functions. b) Students who have varying degrees of maturity, c) Situations of various conditions, d) Facilities that different in quality and quantity, e) Teachers’ personality that different in professional abilities.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the influence/contribution of school headmasters' academic supervision and teacher work discipline on the work productivity of state elementary school teachers in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency. This is a quantitative survey research with the number of sample is 148 peoples. Data collection tool is questionnaire with regression techniques for data analysis. The results of this study show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between the school headmasters’ academic supervision on the teachers’ work productivity in state elementary schools in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between teachers’ work discipline on teachers’ work productivity of state elementary schools in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency. (3) There is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the school headmasters' academic supervision and teacher work discipline on the work productivity of public elementary school teachers in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency at 59.1%, while as many as 40.9% are influenced by factors other than the headmasters' academic supervision and teacher work discipline. Thus, both of these variables can be used as predictors of the trend of increasing work productivity of public elementary school teachers in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Communication is central in human life. All activities in human life require communication. The scientific study of the symptoms or reality of communication covers a very broad field, covering all forms of human relations and using symbols. more concretely this includes fields such as Interpersonal Communication, Group Communication, Organizational/Intellectual Communication, Mass Communication and Cultural Communication as seen in various forms of symbolic expression. Noting the seven traditions of communication research as such, communication research seems to be facing an important issue for its development in the present and future, which is pleased with how to try to take steps to get out of the confines of tradition and / or bring together existing traditions. This effort might be in the form of combining one tradition with another existing tradition (trying to synthesize existing traditions) while pioneering an entirely new tradition, for example with a more extensive implementation of historical methods to discover how communication patterns exists in a society in the past and attempts to understand what is now by looking at the past.]]>

<![CDATA[99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa is one of the most inspiring movies, especially in understanding and interpreting the importance of maintaining unity in diversity. This movie teaches us about the importance of tolerance for survival in the present and future. This is important so that peoples can interpret and take lessons and moral messages from this film. This research was conducted using Todorov's narrative analysis method with the paradigm of constructivism and philosophical approach. The subject of this study is movie of 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa, while the object of this research is religious tolerance. The technique of collecting data is with Archival Records techniques from data sources in the form of movie of 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa.The results of this study can be concluded that in analyzing the contents of the narrative in the movie of 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa with Tzvetan Todorov's model divided into three parts: 1) Initial Flow, 2) Middle Flow, 3) Final Flow and also four values of religious tolerance displayed by the characters, namely: 1) Recognizing the Rights of Everyone, 2) Respecting the Beliefs of Others, 3) Agree in Disagreement, and 4) Understanding each other. So this movie can be a medium in preaching with the meaning of religious tolerance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines how the restructuring process occurred in the financing of murabahah problems both in Islamic banking and in other sharia business units. The problematic financing case occurs suddenly, because in general before experiencing a problematic phase, at this stage the bank will warn customers in a familial manner. Basically, the implementation of the Murabahah Restructuring is carried out with the principle of prudence and sharia principles through the rescheduling process, re-requirements, and rearrangement. In general, how this restructuring process must be in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation number No. 10/18/ PBI/2008 as amended by Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 13/9PBI/2011 concerning financing restructuring for Islamic banks and Islamic business units.]]>

<![CDATA[Economy continues to grow rapidly especially supported by the advancement of science and technology which increasingly encourages the creation of economic practices that have never happened in the past, the distance between one country and another is getting closer, so it is possible to do transactions between countries both individually and institutionally. In the fields of trade, investment, export-import, stock exchange, leasing, buying and selling, bonds and almost all developing economic practices require answers and legal solutions for Muslims so that their implementation is in accordance with the guidelines of Islamic law, for the sake of the realization of the benefit and goodness of the world and the hereafter. Al-Khuluw (releasing rights) is one of the economic practices developed today in the lease agreement. This practice has developed in several Islamic countries, such as Egypt, Morocco, Iraq and Syria. Al-Khuluw practice is a contract in which the land owner, house or shophouse asks for a sum of money outside the rental price according to the agreement as compensation for him who has rented the place to the tenant or the owner gives money outside the rental price according to the tenant to cancel the contract in the middle the road due to certain reasons, or the first tenant rents his place to the second tenant by accepting money outside the rental price according to the agreement as compensation for the first tenant.]]>

<![CDATA[According to Clifford Geertz, Islam in Indonesia is a religious tradition that is influenced by religious beliefs, ethnic preferences and political ideologies carried out by Modjokuto people as a reflection of the religious traditions of the Javanese community. Geertz states that the style of Islam in Indonesia, especially Java is syncretic Islam. It was from a combination of Islam and Javanese culture. Islam is only a mere accessory but its substance is a noble Javanese culture. Whereas according to Woodward, that religious conception has a big role in transforming certain cultures in this case is Javanese Islamic culture. According to Woodward, the style of Islam in the archipelago is acculturative. It was from the encounter with the local culture in a very long time.]]>
